In March 2017 we had a pleasure of hosting logistics representatives from 19 countries in Sopot. The previous edition of this extraordinary event took place in Dubai and made a great impression on guests. Our goal was to surprise our customer and prove that Poland can become an equally attractive conference venue.
Besides the logistics, we primarily focused on the stage design. The modern design and simplicity of customer’s logotype was combined with traditional polish folk accents. The Polish pavilion presented on EXPO 2010 in Shanghai became an inspiration for the scenography.
From the outside, the conference resembled a multicultural bazaar in which nationalities and points of views are interwoven and merging together. That was the outcome that the client was looking for – being able to exchange ideas in exceptional circumstances of time and space.
