Gala awards in French style – cooking with Pascal Brodnicki, the Moulin Rouge burlesque shows, the scent of Mediterranean dishes in the air. This event was a pure pleasure – both for the quests and for us. Hotel Ossa provided great spatial arrangements to feel the Parisian scenery. The characteristic ‘r’ vibrating in our chef’s mouth increased the authenticity even more.
Later that evening Jan Kliment conducted a dance workshop which boosted our guests’ confidence on the dance floor.
